PLACEMENT
Individuals are placed in various positions to enable the company to maintain its motto ‘‘Living up to your expectations’’.
These Individuals are the following:
Operations Manager: this person supervises the daily security operations.
Mobile Supervisors: these appointed personnel check locations on a 24- hour basis.
Location Supervisors: these persons are assigned to different locations in maintaining discipline and skills among our Security Officers.
RECRUITING AND
SELECTION PROCESS
Each prospective contractor is required to complete a comprehensive application form and to sit an entrance test in general knowledge and simple mathematics.
Training is on-going, and a major part is carried out on the job. The performance of security contractors are supervised on a daily basis, they are required to attend refreshers courses held at the training centre every six months or before if necessary.
Special training courses have also been developed for supervisors, senior guards and armed guards. There are also guards specially trained in hospitality to enhance their performance in hotels, guest rooms and similar environments.
People who are selected to perform armed security duties have fulfilled the company’s requirements; they are also trained to be responsible and reliable individuals.
